POP MART Americas Inc. in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach a growing team, and oversee merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention. As Manager on Duty when needed, you will develop a customer-first culture, support onboarding and training, and ensure POP MART's premium brand experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and business metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Drive sales goals and KPIs with the Store Manager.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
