Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sacramento, CA. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and ensure store operations reflect POP MART's premium brand.

You will coach team members, foster a customer-first culture, manage daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and business performance, and serve as Manager on Duty when needed. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the sales floor and set engagement standards.
• Help achieve sales goals and KPIs including UPT, ATV, payroll, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Execute POP MART visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays.
• Promote product launches, events, and store openings; support community activities.
