POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cabazon, CA to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure a premier customer experience in line with POP MART's brand.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store compliance while fostering an inclusive, customer-first culture for collectors and first-time visitors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience required.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and daily sales floor leadership.
• Coach and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Drive KPIs: sales, UPT, ATV, and inventory accuracy.
