POP MART Americas Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience on the sales floor.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, monitor KPIs, manage inventory, visual merchandising, and brand events, while maintaining POP MART's premium standards. The role requires 2+ years in retail leadership and a passion for pop culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive performance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by leading from the sales floor and setting the standard for engagement.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs, including Sales, UPT, ATV, and payroll productivity.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Manage visual merchandising, planograms, and inventory accuracy.
