LOFT, a brand of Talbots, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape store culture. As a store leader, you will nurture relationships with customers and associates on the sales floor.

You will drive omnichannel shopping, assist the Store Manager in recruiting and developing talent, and use reporting to improve operations and financial discipline. This Regular/Full-time role is based at Woodbridge, VA with a pay range of $16.77–$20.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Comfort with technology and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
