Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, coach associates, and drive an inclusive environment while focusing on delivering outstanding customer service.

With 1+ year of retail management experience, you’ll leverage technology and a POS system to support omnichannel shopping and achieve sales goals. This role includes bonuses and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
