Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in San Francisco to guide daily operations and elevate customer experiences.

You will lead the sales floor as Leader on Duty when management is unavailable, coach associates, and drive store performance through knowledgeable product recommendations and excellent service. You will also support merchandising, inventory, and events while maintaining a fast-paced, engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership or keyholder responsibilities.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive a customer-first culture.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to meet store performance goals.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Support visual merchandising, inventory replenishment, and back-of-house organization.
• Act as a brand ambassador, participate in in-store events and community initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
