Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. Livermore is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage daily operations, and ensure POP MART brand standards are consistently met. You will coach staff, foster a customer-first culture, handle inventory and merchandising, and support onboarding and development to grow the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs, including UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Manage visual merchandising and inventory, including planograms and promotions.
• Support scheduling, task planning, and daily execution in a fast-paced environment.
