Job summary

POP MART in Riverside, CA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead all aspects of the business, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive operational excellence.

You will own store performance, talent development, visual presentation, inventory management, and daily operations while ensuring every customer enjoys a premium retail experience. You’ll inspire your team to deliver results and bring POP MART’s collectible worlds to life.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and team development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ employees and coaching leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in business/retail management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store in achieving sales, payroll, expenses, and profitability goals.
• Drive KPIs such as sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach and develop a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Oversee visual merchandising, brand execution, and seasonal campaigns.
