POP MART in Riverside, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, oversee opening/closing, and act as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring POP MART's premium brand is reflected.

The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for designer toys

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Coach, develop, and retain Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Drive sales performance and KPI achievement with the Store Manager.
• Oversee scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
