KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and nurture a strong store culture in Chesterfield, MO. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and help drive omnichannel shopping experiences.

In this role you will assist in recruiting and developing talent, using reporting to drive operations and financial discipline, and fostering an inclusive environment where both customers and associates feel welcome and engaged.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and model brand behaviors to engage customers.
• Coach associates to leverage brand behaviors to create customer connections.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, hiring and developing talent.
• Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.
• Build productive relationships by listening and sharing ideas with the team.
