In this role you will recruit, hire, and develop talent, use reporting to drive results, and foster an inclusive environment where customers and teammates feel welcome and engaged. A hospitality mindset and POS proficiency are important.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment that delivers exceptional experiences.
