You will lead about ten department managers and receivers, coach the team, and manage inventory, labor, and expenses to achieve targets while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This leadership role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to Sprouts’ values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; or an education/experience mix.
• High safety and sanitation standards familiarity.
• Food Safety certification required.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds; frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately ten people including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and P&L to meet targets.
• Ensure safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff; model Sprouts values.
• Maintain customer service excellence and training.
