Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New Jersey to direct all store operations and drive sales and efficiency.

You will inspire a team of ten department managers, oversee inventory, staffing, and safety, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for implementing company programs, coaching leaders, and maintaining compliance with safety and sanitation standards while managing expenses and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; business/management degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven success leading perishable and non-perishable operations including safety, inventory, and P&L.
• Strong communication, analytical and decisive problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/payroll, and HR software.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification required.

Responsabilités

• Lead Receivers and backroom organization; maintain displays and pricing.
