Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in New York, NY. You will lead the store team, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience, while owning merchandising, operations and loss prevention.

You will recruit, train and retain high-performing teammates, manage payroll and scheduling, and maintain a safe, clean sales floor. This salaried role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within the Retail Field unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Minimum 1 year management in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strategic plan to achieve planned sales and KPIs.
• Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to drive real-time business decisions.
• Drive performance through customer service, HR, inventory control, and store appearance.
• Build loyalty through in-store experience using data capture and omni-channel solutions.
• Direct merchandise handling, shipment receipt, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Oversee daily operational procedures and store audits.
