Job summary

Under Armour is looking for a Store Manager who runs the show—driving sales, leading your team, and delivering a customer experience that's true to the Under Armour brand. From merchandising to operations, you’ll own every detail and push your team to hit goals and perform at their best.

You’ll execute strategic plans, analyze daily trends, manage payroll and scheduling, and recruit and develop teammates while maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Local language fluency required; plus, basic verbal and written English.
• Ability to interpret analytics and metrics.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with local requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales and KPIs.
• Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to drive results.
