Qualifikationen

• 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industry.
• Experience coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment.
• Strong communication, organization, planning and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to align with Staples values and store initiatives.
