The role emphasizes coaching, operating with integrity, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key leader, you will align daily operations with merchandising opportunities, manage costs, and support the GM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a sales team in retail or services
• Experience coaching a customer-centric, solutions-based team
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
• Ability to review results against goals and drive growth

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional store experience
• Drive sales, conversions and total solutions for customers
• Coach and train staff, including role playing and development
• Achieve sales, service goals and manage store operations and costs
• Provide direction for merchandising opportunities and daily operations
• Collaborate with the GM on delegating tasks and staffing needs
• Act as Floor Leader and champion company initiatives
