Job summary

Boot Barn Sand City, CA, seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and build a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer service and sales results.

You will partner with District & Regional Leadership and Human Resources to plan staffing, training, and visual presentation while controlling store expenses and payroll. The role emphasizes community engagement and adherence to company policies, with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed expectations.
• Develop training plans across product categories including boots, denim and accessories.
• Analyze business trends to maximize sales and meet key metrics.
• Lead by example on the sales floor during peak business hours.
• Ensure staffing levels and payroll are aligned with business needs.
• Ensure merchandise presentation adheres to guidelines and train staff accordingly.
• Drive customer engagement through Boot Barn Credit Card and loyalty programs.
• Plan and execute events in the local community to drive experiential volume.
