Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Store Manager to lead store partners in delivering a best-in-class customer experience and sales results. You will drive staffing, training, and operational excellence while upholding Boot Barn values and community spirit.

You will partner with District & Regional Leadership, HR, and Store Support Center to optimize performance, coaching teams on product knowledge across boots, denim, hats, and add-ons, and manage payroll, visuals, and expenses.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2–4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Implement and uphold continuous learning with expert product knowledge across categories.
• Assess local customer needs and communicate with District Manager.
• Analyze trends to maximize sales and meet key metrics.
• Coaching and feedback on sales goals; lead by example on floor presence.
• Ensure adequate staffing and payroll management.
• Maintain store presentation and adherence to guidelines.
• Drive customer engagement through Boot Barn Credit Card and Loyalty Programs.
• Plan events with local community and stores.
