Sprouts Farmers Market in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, drive sales, and lead a team across perishable and non-perishable departments with a focus on safety and customer service.

You will manage roughly ten department managers and receivers, coach leaders, implement programs, monitor inventory and shrink, and uphold Sprouts standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
• Food Safety certification required or maintained.

Responsabilidades

• Positively shape the store culture by modeling Sprouts values.
• Lead a team of ~10 Department Managers and Receivers with respect and care.
• Direct all store operations to drive sales, inventory accuracy, and shrink minimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee training, performance, and development of store leadership.
