World Market is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, customer experience, and daily operations while upholding our brand values and policies.

You will recruit and develop staff, deliver coaching, and manage tasks across Customer Experience, Freight Flow, Operations, and Merchandising as needed. Flexible scheduling and a focus on safety and loss prevention are essential.

• Ability to coach associates in the moment and de-escalate customer situations.

Responsibilities
