You will guide daily operations, mentor staff, set goals, and ensure store merchandising aligns with company standards. This role demands a competitive, energetic leader who can grow teams and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quotas.
• Manage daily store operations including cash handling and inventory.
• Ensure store up-time and proper merchandising/planogram compliance.
• Analyze staffing needs and report financial and sales data.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Open and close store, handle customer issues, and communicate with leadership.
