Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer in McLean, VA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive budgeted net sales, deliver an exceptional client experience, and lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.

You will uphold our brand values, develop the team, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with the Store Manager to grow the business while lifting Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and service standards.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• Proficient in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans for financial results.
• Build strategies to increase sales and expand community reach.
• Utilize training tools and digital platforms to drive sales.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and lead store in the absence of the Store Manager.
