Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive budgeted net sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and lead the store in the Store Manager's absence. You will uphold core values, guide the team, and focus on growth and development.

Responsibilities include partnering with the Store Manager on action plans, coaching staff, and maintaining Lilly Pulitzer visual and operational standards across the in-store team. Overtime and benefits apply; position based in-store.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail industry.
• Proficient in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of ownership and responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results by driving sales and providing an exceptional client experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans that achieve financial results.
• Partner with Store Manager to build strategies to increase sales and expand reach within the community.
• Utilize training tools and digital platforms to drive sales.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Consolidate feedback regarding inventory needs, client insights, and teams’ performance.
