Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive budgeted net sales, deliver an exceptional client experience, and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Grow the team, uphold Core Values, and align with the brand vision—Create Your Sunshine, A Resort State of Mind.

You will partner with the Store Manager on action plans, recruit and coach staff, manage payroll, and maintain Lilly Pulitzer standards on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing an exceptional client experience and supporting sales teams.
• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans that achieve financial results and grow the business.
• Partner with Store Manager to build strategies to increase sales, expand reach within the community, and curate strong teams.
• Utilize company training tools and digital platforms to drive sales.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Take ownership of the sales floor and sales team to ensure client experience is top priority.
