Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive budgeted net sales, deliver an exceptional client experience, and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager. You will uphold core values and lead in a fast-paced fashion environment.

This full-time, in-store role requires strong leadership, 2+ years of supervisory experience in fashion or luxury retail, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail industry.
• Proficient in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting the sales team.
• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans that achieve financial results.
• Lead daily operations and ensure top-tier client service in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Oversee team development, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s brand standards and store visuals.
