Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, including knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of experience directly supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and company standards are followed.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets; manage the team to achieve role KPIs.
• Execute customer brand promises and ensure a great customer experience.
• Lead shrink and safety programs and drive store adherence to budgets.
• Set, prioritize, and communicate goals to staff and customers using company tools.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Team Members; manage performance and discipline when needed.
