Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead teams, coach associates and maintain SOP compliance.
• Proven track record in store operations, inventory, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Oversee store policies, standards, and accountable performance of the team.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Direct truck unloading, sorting and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute SISO routines to drive in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy and readiness.
• Oversee Planogram execution and ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product placement.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment including backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skills-building.
• Partner in maintaining Asset Protection practices.
