Michaels Stores in Florida is seeking a Store Manager to lead our TAMPA-CLEARWATER location. You will supervise a diverse team, manage operations, and drive sales, KPI achievement, and customer experience while delivering brand promises.

This role emphasizes people leadership, workload planning, and adherence to SOPs, with opportunities to develop talent and implement shrink and safety programs, all while maintaining store standards and budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, including specialized knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of experience directly supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, including SOPs, company programs and laws to ensure policy compliance and results.
• Deliver sales and KPI plans, manage the team to achieve targets and drive customer experience.
• Lead execution of brand promises and shrink/safety programs to meet goals.
• Use tools to set and communicate goals; staff the store with qualified Team Members and coach for advancement.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and maintain cross-trained knowledge across departments.
