KnitWell Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences at our Palm Beach County store. You will drive profitability through exceptional service, uphold visual standards, and engage with the local community while coaching a high-performing team.

You will hire, train, and mentor associates, promote a welcoming environment, and use store data to inform short- and long-term retail plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results.
• Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
