KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in West Palm Beach, FL to partner with Store Manager and lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach associates, onboard new staff, and uphold brand standards to drive sales and create an engaging store environment.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, and stepping in as manager when required. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• 6‑months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a point‑of‑sale system.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Organize, delegate and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
