Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced specialty retail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Minimum age: 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-first selling culture and loyalty initiatives.
