Job summary

KnitWell Group's The Palms at Town & Country store in Miami, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual standards, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

Flexibility is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a proactive approach to decisions and organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) technology.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Uphold store standards and visual guidelines.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to associates to improve customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.
