KnitWell Group in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a welcoming, customer-centric experience. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure store standards reflect our brand across the Omni-channel landscape.

You'll foster strong relationships with customers and peers, oversee daily operations, inventory, and compliance, and participate in hiring and development to enable store success and community impact.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Take ownership to ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management, daily replenishment of floor merchandise, and execution of inventories.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
