Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of retail supervision or management experience.
• Strong math skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technology skills preferred: Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability; reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol screen.
• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe and profitable retail store by following policies and maintaining customer relationships.
• Supervise and support employees involved in sales, cashiering, stocking, sorting, and production.
• Coordinate completion of Orientation, Safety, Customer Service, and 1-Touch training.
• Train employees on policies, procedures, and Hazardous Materials/MSDS.
• Review shipments, ensure merchandise is priced, rotated, and stocked properly.
• Support special merchandising programs, events, and production goals.
• Attend management meetings and lead monthly staff meetings.
• Complete other duties assigned by leadership.
