You will plan, direct, and optimize daily activities, supervise staff, manage cash, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and adherence to safety and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management and leadership.
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Schedule, train, and evaluate personnel
• Balance cash and record transactions
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
• Maintain safe working conditions per policies
