Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold our mission and values in a busy Ohio store.

You will supervise staff, handle scheduling, training, inventory, and ensure excellent customer service, while adhering to safety policies. The role requires leadership, reliability, and availability for evenings and weekends in line with store hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily store operations
• Scheduling, training, and evaluating personnel
• Cash balancing and recording
• Assure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints when necessary
• Maintain safe working conditions by following company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and attractive retail sales floor through effective merchandising
• Oversee quality control and inventory
• Supervise the transfer of store shipments to appropriate departments
