Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and operate cash register functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register to itemize the purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels; control damages, markdowns, and deposits.
• Ensure planograms are followed and merchandise presented as directed.
• Support store finances with cashier accountability and deposits.
• Assist in managing the store in the Store Manager's absence.
