Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; control damages, markdowns, and deposits.
• Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation per direction.
• Ensure cashier accountability and cash control procedures; deposit money.
• Assist with store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
