Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Strong cash handling and loss prevention awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff, run daily huddles, and set performance standards.
• Role model company values, provide timely feedback, and drive customer experiences.
• Build relationships with customers and lead initiatives to boost loyalty.
• Oversee revenue and sales performance and communicate with the team.
• Manage inventory, vault, order fulfillment, and reconciliation processes.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, cash management, and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with state/local regulations and internal policies.
