Responsibilities

• Leads and drives store leadership functions, staff training, and daily operations.

• Oversees opening/closing duties and daily cash flow management.
• Promotes in-store merchandising, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with all cannabis regulations and internal policies.
