Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and flexibility.
Microsoft Suite experience.
Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
Strong cash counting skills.
Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Leads and assists in training from the leadership team on all day-to-day business functions.
Assists in preparing all in store cash flow: till setting, cash handling, and cash depositing.
Works with the management team to ensure adequate upkeep of the store.
Supports maintenance needs for the facility by actively communicating needs and fixes to the management team.
Leads and assists in daily store opening and closing duties such as cash management procedures, inventory reconciliation, and all processes related to operating the day-to- day business.
Acts as an adaptable leader with high level of communication with leadership and store employees alike.
