Responsibilities

• Training and coaching staff; run daily huddles and performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory processes, reconciliation, and loss prevention.
• Manage opening/closing duties, cash deposits, and store maintenance.
• Promote compliance with cannabis regulations and company policies.
• Engage customers, upsell, and share product knowledge.
