Job summary

You will train staff, manage inventory, supervise cash handling, and lead daily open/close routines while upholding compliance. Travel between locations weekly, mentor teammates, and promote sales knowledge and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and assists in training and development of staff, building daily huddles and zone charts, and motivating the team toward goals.
• Sets leadership example by arriving in uniform, being timely, creating memorable customer experiences, and modeling the company way.
• Coaches staff and sets standards of success for every team member.
• Assists management in day-to-day leadership functions and store maintenance.
• Supports team morale, inclusion, and professional growth; participates in events and team-building.
• Promotes the company values and mission across the store.
• Leads revenue and sales efforts by communicating management directives and keeping staff informed.
• Manages inventory processes, reconciliation, vault organization, order fulfillment, and related tasks.
• Executes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and nightly deposits.
• Drives customer engagement, upselling, and product knowledge development.
