Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in retail.
• Ability to drive sales and exceed store goals.
• Strong product knowledge and communication skills.
• Comfort with visual merchandising and floor resets.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build long-term customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate features/benefits.
• Maintain goals like UPT, ADT and data capture.
• Stay informed on current promotions and ads.
• Support merchandising standards and floor moves.
• Handle transactions accurately at POS and manage cash tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and attendance policies.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
