Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, train team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage scheduling, merchandising, and cash handling while upholding brand standards and policy compliance.

The role focuses on delivering sales targets, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and supporting the Store Manager in driving performance and employee development.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supervising store staff and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS training programs.
• Maintain store operations, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and inventory tasks.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance feedback for staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
