Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily store performance, training, and scheduling while maintaining brand standards and compliance with policies.

You will report to the Store Manager and play a pivotal role in team development, visual merchandising, and inventory management to ensure a positive, inclusive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while preventing loss.
• Strong verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Capable of working autonomously without direct supervision.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling, customer issues, and escalations when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Lead and coach store associates through training programs and goal setting; monitor performance.
• Enforce company policies and standards; ensure security of inventory and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; foster an inclusive, productive team environment.
• Execute store operations, merchandising, and VM to align with brand guidelines.
• Support inventory management, pricing changes, and cycle counts; prepare for audits.
