Responsibilities include managing scheduling, coaching employees, handling customer escalations, and executing in-store merchandising and losses prevention initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.

• Schedule and staff the store to cover peak periods.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
