Job summary

Crosby’s Stores in Erie is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, support the Team Leader, maintain a welcoming environment, and drive store success through exceptional customer service.

You’ll supervise team members, uphold high operational standards, and ensure every customer has a great experience—every day, every time. You’ll assist with scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling, while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work 40+ hours weekly, including weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly service to customers.
• Assist in preparing fresh food and order items per standards.
• Train and coach store staff; assist with scheduling.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and payroll processing.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and equipment.
